Refund policy for my coaching services!

Continuing to work with us after the above date will mean you accept the updated terms.


My policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be unused and for a valid reason (illness, accident, death, natural disasters, etc.)

Other items not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any purchase that is not used partially or for a reason not due to an error on my part.
  • Any purchase returned less than 14 days after ordering.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I only replace purchases originally planned that could not be fulfilled on my part. If you need to make a replacement, please email me by clicking HERE .

Gifts

If the service was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned purchase. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post and/or email.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send the refund to them so they will know you returned their gift.
